ABSTRACT
In this study, an ultra-wideband power amplifier design operating in the frequency band 50-3000 MHz was made. The final product designed due to the frequency band targeted by the study can be used as a jammer or transceiver in the defense industry, final or driver amplifier depending on the desired power in military or civilian projects. In order for the realized design to work linearly along the frequency band and to create a broadband design, a class A amplifier topology has been preferred. Due to the possibility of broadband operation, the CG2H40010F transistor was used at the heart of the power amplifier design. The design was carried out on the AWR Microwave. Components with a real model were used to increase the accuracy during the simulation. As a result of the design, a gain of 16 dB, an output power of 39 dBm and an efficiency of 25% were obtained.
