Abstract:

Designing and realization of an LF Directional Coupler Design which Coupling Ratio equals 20 dB and operates from 5 MHz to 1 GHz, a Wilkinson Combiner/Splitter which operates from 0.6 GHz to 2.6 GHz and center frequency is 1575.42 MHz, a Bias-Tee which operates from 0.2 GHz to 6 GHz at 50 V 500 mA DC conditions, a Resistive Splitter which operates from 0 to 10 GHz, a Transmission Line Directional Coupler which has 15 dB directivity, 18 dB coupling ratio and 35 dB isolation at 1575.42 MHz with minimum insertion loss and low cost were the aims of this project.The design and simulation processes were done on “Microwave Suite (AWR)” software. All boards were designed and realized. All these boards can operate specific frequency values. Minimum insertion loss with the low-cost condition was provided by using thinner FR-4 as PCB substrates in this project.
