Abstract:
Broadband applications have increased the speed of wireless communication, and the interest in low loss band pass filters has also increased. This type of filter is an important piece of wireless communication system. The transmitted and received signals should be filtered at a determined center frequency and bandwidth. Recently, diplexers have been used to separate ports in a combination of different wireless communication standards in a one device and it also allows a combination of several standards in a single microwave and mm wave transceivers circuit. The most common use of a diplexer is to connect the antenna outputs of a dual band mobile device to a single antenna with a single antenna cable. This project presents the design technique, simulation and fabrication of Diplexer for 4.5 – 5G frequency band applications using microstrip line technology. NI AWR Design Environment Software are used for simulation of circuits.
