Abstract:
Nowadays, radio-frequency (RF) circuits and radio-frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) are widely used according to the need in the related area thanks to developing communication systems. Thus, diversity in electronic devices is increased with this requirement of RFICs. On the other hand, there are many distinct technologies in the field of RFICs. As part of this, Gallium-Arsenide compounds which will be used in this project are preferred due to their low noise, low cost, high performance and mobility. The essential aim of the project is to reduce the size of filter integrated switchable filters found in literature and provide a selection option for the filter to be designed with the released 5G spectrum for efficient use. In literature, filter integrated switchable filters have several filters to reach the desired frequency band. Therefore, the size of the overall circuitry becomes large. No filter has been found in literature in the proposed topology, by accessing three discrete bands specified by 5G NR (n41, n77, alternative of n79), by realizing with single supply and GaAs pHEMT technology with this size as far as is known. Hereby, the applications where the circuit can be used have been increased both in terms of footprint and for 5G technology applications that are currently developing. While designing the circuit, AWR Design Environment is used for the analyses and simulations of the circuit.
