Abstract:
The developing technology has opened the door to many innovations. One of these innovations is the clean room. The clean room is a laboratory where microprocessors, pharmaceutical products and many industrial products are produced. The number of particles per cubic meter in clean rooms is very significant. It is necessary to know the difference of pressure in outside laboratory and inside laboratory in order to reduce the number of particles. In this project, the difference of pressure is measured by ‘Printed Circuit Boards’ (PCB) design. The measured difference of pressure is reflected on the LCD screen instantly with the created of design. Thus, if the pressure in the laboratory is increased, fewer particles are introduced from the outside. For this purpose, it is used SDP816-125A (Pressure Sensor), Msp432p401r (Processor), Winstar WH0802A1 (Character LCD Screen). Also, for the simulation, used compilers are as follows: Altium Designer, IAR Embedded Workbench
