Abstract:
With the development of technology, communication systems became more important topic for people. Depends on these development, some requirements are occurred for quality communication. Day after day, high power began to necessity for most application. One of the main reasons is the place where to contact is so far and in addition to this combining of multiple one-tone signal has high power.
In this report, power amplifier was designed for multi-tone systems. It handles 50 Watt and it biased to operate Class A power amplifier. Also it is designed for VHF systems (140-170 MHz). Because of this design is based on Microelectronics Theorems, it is designed by using Advanced the Wireless Revolution (AWR). BLP05H6150X is selected as transistor for this power amplifier.
