Abstract:
Currently, it can be seen that local governments have been attached importance to transformation of smart cities for high living standards in the cities. As one of these transformation, smart street lamps can be given as an example. This lamps can be solution for lighting pollution, security, air pollution, traffic jam and also energy wasting. Therefore, the main aim of this project is to minimize the source of problems of the cities by supporting and helping to the security units. To realize this, street lamp listens the ambient instantly to collect fire, noise, smoke, various gases, motion parameters with the help of sensors. Then, it combines the environment parameters by written algorithm. Afterwards, it transmits the corresponding emergency situations wirelessly to the main center. In addition, it is also aimed to control the lighting of the street lamp using LDR, motion sensor, to work more efficiently and to save energy.
